Building the Eje Cafetero since 2018
Santiago Ospina returned to Pereira after studying civil engineering and saw an opportunity: the tourism boom in the Coffee Region was creating demand for finca renovation that most contractors weren't equipped to meet.
CoffeeCity was built around that niche — rural finca renovation with urban-quality standards — and expanded into urban apartment renovation and commercial fit-outs as the reputation grew.
Six years on, CoffeeCity has 240+ projects in the Coffee Region, from Airbnb fincas in Salento to office renovations in Pereira's Pinares neighborhood.
